This Training is a 24 hour delivery course over 3 days on a 1:4 ratio.
We always visit two different crags. One day is focused on group work with bottom and top roping. Another day is focused on personal climbing. We visit a climbing wall where we spent a full 8 hours indoors and look closely at basic climbing movement skills.
There are three booked on this course so far. So there is 1 more (or 5) more places.
Candidates in the image are learning to do a personal abseil in a way that avoids injury or even death - should you slip, leave go of the controlling rope(s) or for example be hit by a rock, whilst abseiling. If injured or unconscious one may not be able to control the abseil device.
